PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk is the national airline companies. Garuda's commercial head quarter located in Jakarta and operated 43 domestic and international flights in business class and economy class. In 2010, The Company recorded a number of milestone achievements towards realizing a Quantum Leap by 2015. The Company awarded the 4-Star Airline and the World's Most Improved Airline from skytrax as well as Turnaround of the Year award from Center of Asia Pacific Aviation (CAPA). PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk also obtained an extension on the IOSA (IATA Operational Safety Audit) certification valid until 2012 and implemented the Integrated Operational Control System (IOCS) that integrated the various systems for monitoring aircraft deployement, flight schedule, and air crew deployement.

Persyaratan:

• Laki-laki, usia maksimal 27 tahun
• IPK minimal 3.00 (skala 4.00)
• Pendidikan minimal S1 jurusan HUKUM dari institusi pendidikan terkemuka di Indonesia maupun luar negeri
• Memiliki pengalaman kerja minimal 2 tahun di bidang hubungan industrial
• Menguasai peraturan ketenagakerjaan (UU No. 13/2003)
• Memiliki pengetahuan dan pengalaman dalam membuat dan implementasi regulasi perusahaan, berhubungan dengan DISNAKER dan serikat pekerja
• Memahami manajemen sumber daya manusia, menguasai bentuk Perjanjian Kerja, Peraturan Perusahaan, PKB, dan tata cara perijinan tenaga kerja asing
• Aktif dalam penggunaan Bahasa Inggris, lisan dan tulisan
• Menguasai penggunaan komputer (minimal internet dan Ms. Office)
