  • Laki-laki, usia maksimal 27 tahun
  • IPK minimal 3.00 (skala 4.00)
  • Pendidikan minimal S1 jurusan HUKUM dari institusi pendidikan terkemuka di Indonesia maupun luar negeri
  • Memiliki pengalaman kerja minimal 2 tahun di bidang hubungan industrial
  • Menguasai peraturan ketenagakerjaan (UU No. 13/2003)
  • Memiliki pengetahuan dan pengalaman dalam membuat dan implementasi regulasi perusahaan, berhubungan dengan DISNAKER dan serikat pekerja
  • Memahami manajemen sumber daya manusia, menguasai bentuk Perjanjian Kerja, Peraturan Perusahaan, PKB, dan tata cara perijinan tenaga kerja asing
  • Aktif dalam penggunaan Bahasa Inggris, lisan dan tulisan
  • Menguasai penggunaan komputer (minimal internet dan Ms. Office)
